Crystal (Adopted)

12/18/24:  Sandra visited us today, and her sister and dog, Cloe, joined her. Cloe took a liking to me right away, and I can tell the girls and I will get along well. Sandra has experience with shy dogs and understands that I need time to adjust to my new home and get to know her. With her abundance of love and patience, I know I’ll feel comfortable and happy with her.

12/15/24:  I am a 7-year-old, 50-pound blue merle collie girl. Sadly, my owner is in poor health and can no longer care for me. I’m a sweet, loving girl, though a little shy and unsure about everything going on. I get along well with other dogs, and cats are ok with me. I’m housetrained, don’t require a crate, and walk beautifully on a leash. I would love a calm, quiet home with a cozy doggie bed.

Simba (Adopted)

12/8/24:  It turns out Mike had been looking for a dog just like me. He’s been feeling a bit lonely since he lost his collie and walking companion. I eagerly jumped into the truck for the long drive to my new home. Once we arrived, I explored the house and the yard, enjoyed a delicious dinner, and then settled in for a nap. This is definitely the perfect place for me.

12/7/24:  I’m a 75-pound sable & white guy, and I just turned 8 years old. My family is moving out of state for work and unfortunately can’t take me with them. I’m well-mannered at home, travel wonderfully in the car, and walk pretty well on a leash. I know some basic commands, and I’m always eager to do anything for a treat! I get along well with other dogs and absolutely love people—especially those who scratch my behind. I’ll let you know if strangers are around, but I’m not much of a barker.
