Stiller (Adopted)

1/25/25:  It seems all that training, grooming, and even neutering really paid off! I’m getting adopted and starting a new chapter with Logan. The two of us are going to do a lot together and become great buddies. I’ll also have an older female dog around to show me the ropes and have some fun with. I’m sure Logan will love me and take great care of me since he’s an experienced collie guy.

1/19/25:  I’m a 1-year-old Collie, weighing around 65 pounds. My brother Farrell and I were brought to the animal shelter by our breeder when they couldn’t find buyers for us. At first, I was a bit nervous about coming inside, which is why I wore a leash, but I quickly got comfortable. I have a cheerful, friendly personality and get along wonderfully with other dogs. I’m making great progress with leash walking, doing well with house training, and I’ve already mastered crate training. I’ll soon be heading to the vet for a checkup, bath, and neuter. My bio will be updated as the rescue learns more about me!

Farrell (Adopted)

1/25/25:  Bethany and Andrew knew right away that I was the one for them the moment they saw my picture, so I’m heading home with them! They’ve already started spoiling me, and I’ve got plenty of toys to play with and tons of attention. The family came over to meet me, and I absolutely love the kids! I’m settling in comfortably and can tell I’m going to be very happy here.

As we welcome 2025, our hope is that this year brings fewer collies needing rescue and more families offering loving homes. May it be a year filled with joy, love, and fewer heart-wrenching stories. Here’s to a future where every dog finds its perfect match, and our rescue efforts focus on the joy of helping those already in need. Wishing all our supporters and furry friends a year of health, happiness, and forever homes!
