Birdie (Adopted)

3/19/25:  Today, I’m officially joining the Settle family! They’ve adopted lots of collies over the years, so I know I’m in great hands. Meet my new buddy, Star – we’ve already had a blast playing both indoors and outdoors. We took a long walk down to the dam and saw plenty of geese along the way. Star and I couldn’t resist sampling some goose poop (even though Mom says it’s a no-no, it actually tasted pretty good!). She’s been showing me the ropes, and I’m settling in wonderfully. I’m already loving it here!

3/9/25:  I’m a one-year-old collie girl, weighing about 50 pounds. My previous person loved me dearly, but when her job changed, she felt I was spending too much time alone, so I came to the rescue. I have great house manners and am crate trained. I’m doing well with leash walking and know the basic commands. I get along wonderfully with other dogs and have a blast playing with them!

Phoebe (Adopted)

3/4/25:  I was so excited when I found out the Roths were coming to meet me! They’ve adopted so many collies over the years, both rough and smooth. Hawk, my new dog buddy, loves to bark just like me! We’re going to travel all over in the camper, and I can’t wait to explore all the new places. It’s going to be an incredible adventure with such a wonderful family!

3/2/25:  I’m a healthy 9-year-old smooth blue merle collie girl, weighing about 60 pounds. I’ve been well cared for and deeply loved until my owner passed away. I have wonderful house manners and get along well with other dogs. I’m great with children, but I’m not too fond of cats. I’m looking for a permanent foster home where I can enjoy my golden years. CRC will cover all approved medical expenses— all you need to do is love me!

Ember (Adopted)

3/7/25:  Shanna and Steve have been hoping for a collie like me to give a forever home to during my senior years. It’s been a while since their last collie passed, and they’ve really missed having one around. The journey home was long, but I was a trooper, mostly sleeping along the way. It feels wonderful to be headed to a peaceful home where I’ll be loved and well cared for.
